Day 1: Lima – Paracas – Ica

We’ll begin by picking you up from your hotel in Lima and heading to Paracas, where we’ll enjoy breakfast.

The first stop will be the marina pier to go through SERNAMP (National Maritime Protection Agency) and wait to board our boat to the Ballestas Islands. We’ll take the speedboats to explore the wonderful marine world for an average of two hours.

We begin by stopping at the figure in the sand known as “El Candelabro” (The Candelabra), where the guide will explain the different theories about its function. We continue sailing with the sea breeze on us until we reach the islands and are surrounded by abundant marine life. Sea lions, Humboldt penguins, countless guano birds, and, with luck, a curious dolphin await us. You won’t want to put your camera away!

Then we travel to Ica for an average of one hour to reach the “Cultur Pisco” restaurant and winery. Here we’ll have lunch and an exquisite and fun tasting of local wines and piscos. We then continue to the Huacachina Oasis. There, we’ll hop off the vehicle and onto the tubes that will take us up and down Ica’s endless dunes.

We’ll also glide down the tops of the sandboards. After this adrenaline-fueled experience, you’ll have plenty of time to stroll through the oasis, take photos, and do some last-minute shopping. Finally, we’ll transfer you back to your hotel in Ica.

Day 2: Ica – Nazca – Lima

On this day, we’ll pick you up early from your hotel to take you to the Nazca airfield. Once there, you’ll take a 30-minute flight over the most iconic lines. The flight schedule depends on demand and weather. Depending on the weather, you can have lunch in Nazca or in Ica. In the afternoon, between 4 and 5 pm, we’ll pick you up from Huacachina and take you to Lima, back to the starting point.

• Bring your current passport to check in at Nazca Airport.
• We suggest you avoid eating too much at breakfast; opt for snacks, water, or coffee. It’s best to eat as little as possible before the flight. If necessary, consider taking motion sickness pills.
